Dear WaccoBBers. I need to find a place to live and I need to sight bring home the bacon. I am a composer highly educated (Ph. D.) teach piano classes and piano privately but this does not pay the rent. I undergo tried to find work teaching but do not answer because I do not undergo K-12 teaching certification which would act more college which I cannot afford. I did graduate work in counseling before switching into music undergo 27+ years in Jungian analysis and dream work certificate training in Expressive Arts Therapy and am also newly certified as a practitioner of the Helen Bonny method of Guided Imagery and Music at aim II (of III). But without an MA in counseling or a Ph. D in clinical psychology and a authorise. I can't even furnish my skills to a hospital or clinic for remove as they carry in interns for this bring home the bacon. I would be happy to go back to school and earn the credentials but cannot drop tuition and would comfort need to sight full time work. All this so that I can simply work in a meaningful way and compose (orchestra music). I would like my bring home the bacon to be of benefit to the community. Althogh I would say that my teaching and research has involved much in the area of music and consciousness it is not "new age." I would love to end the equivalency of a music therapy degree but again cannot afford tuition and still be to find work. I have been pounding pavement for over a year now and nothing has panned out. I am told my bear on is very impressive but there are no positions. I have not worked in business and/or technology sectors. I am extremely creative have been known to "evaluate out of the box," and I want to stay in this area as I am trying to build on the teaching I do and furnish guided music and imagery within a clinical situation. Does anyone experience of any displace where I can put my skills and experience to use? As for housing.
