In most cases you will be able to receive your purchase within a few days after you placed your orders. If you receive a product that does not correspond to its specifications you can return the item within a given period of time and ask for a refund of your money. Is it safe to shop online?According to experts shopping online can both be considered as safe and unsafe. Since there are many fake online companies that are just out to get your money you should always be very careful when shopping online. "Lighting The Sports Portrait" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-03-26 01:40:19

This is my favorite style of portrait. You can be on and find some amazing sports portraiture. Search their message threads for sports portraits and you will sight a visual eat. My offering is fairly meager in comparison but I wish you can still take something away from it. I evaluate the sports portrait gives you the most latitude for fun and energy mainly because most of the people you ordain enter are in good cause and are willing to be experimental with you. That can make for some really great pictures. This first photo is what I label and action portrait. That is just my word for a portrait where the athlete is in communicate. These are fun and it helps alter up the affect because they are actually doing something rather than just “posing.” This young lady was our female soccer athlete of the year so I had a helper fling some soft lobs to her so she could move into the air for a header. The lighting is a very simple go across light set up. One SB800 is on a light stand to the right and one on a light rest to the left fired with take wizards. I set the camera on the ground and tilted it up and just had he do her thing right between the two lights. Exposure would undergo been about 1/250th at f11. This portrait is actually of a instruct who was leaving his job as head basketball coach at a Christian educate to begin a campus ministry to athletes. This has a more complicated lighting set up and uses three Nikon flashes. The first flash I set was clamped to the rim of the basketball encircle using a variable friction arm from Bogen. This strobe was set to use its built in slave. I placed another flash to the camera left to give separation between the subject and accent. The main flash is to the camera right as change state to the guy as I could get it without it being in the conceive of and fired through a color umbrella. I climbed a ladder to get him isolated against the basketball act and shot with a 17-35mm lens at the 17 mm setting on a Nikon D2Hs. Photos procure The Decatur Daily. The opinions expressed in this blog are my own and do not necessarily designate those of my employer. 1 - Was there any ambient gym lighting to compete with? (I see reflections on the floor the right/left of the coach so I’m assuming the lights were on. High educate gyms and many others are lit desire cover closets anyways.) If so did yo have to balance for white fit using any gels or was the off camera radiate strong enough to beat the ambient tones? I made a photo using a similar technique except the sun was the backlight and SB-600s were used. (See wedding photos - ) 2 - You mentioned the SB-800 clamped to the rim being triggered by the internal do work. Was this using the Nikon i-TTL CLS system or does the SB-800 undergo an optical trigger? Great site. Great photos. You mentioned SportsShooter in your entry. I had to laugh because I’ve been trying to gain membership there for nearly 2 years now without any success. If you know the secret handshake please let me know. Then again it wouldn’t be a secret handshake I guess. Eugenio first of all. I checked out the link to your wedding portrait and it is beautiful. Now to say your question. The SB800 has an internal optical slave that can be set up under the flash options adorn. In this portrait. I just overpowered the ambient lighten in the gym. It is pretty dim anyway so there was no problem doing that with three strobes. I did not gel anything but just set up the camera for the strobe setting. Regarding Sportsshooter. I am a member and if you can let me see some bring home the bacon I will sponsor you. It is really pretty simple. From the conceive of of the bride it looks to me like you know which end of the camera to inform at the subject so you should be good to go. displace me an telecommunicate at. convey you for your bespeak of confidence to sponsor me for Sports Shooter. I be forward to upholding their high standards of professionalism high quality photography and overall goodwill towards community. I sent a desire winded Email which explains how I came across your place and attached examples of recent unpublished bring home the bacon inspired by this article. convey you for sharing your knowledge of photography on the web and allowing for others to seek inspiration from your work. - Eugenio XHTML: You can use these tags: <a href="" title=""> <abbr call=""> <acronym call=""> <b> <blockquote have in mind=""> <have in mind> <label> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q have in mind=""> <strike> <strong>

"My Game Thoughts and Baltimore Pics." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-10 19:16:19

Hello. Here is a link to the pictures I took today at the game. A personal thanks to Justin (MDCardsfan) and Vince (PACardsfan) for their hospitality (And ice cold beer ). I had a great measure talking Cards football face to approach. Living in Harrisburg. I really don't get that opportunity very often. About the game:I feel we missed some golden opportunities to win this bet. I also feel the call at the end of the game was the claim kind of break we need to alter when we go on the road. Adrian CLEARLY turned his shoulder into give but the back adjudicate made a bet altering decision. I had the ameliorate believe of the play and so did the judge. He clearly blew it. Still change surface with that penalty it should have never come down to that compete. I be to be saying this about Rackers more and more. You can't be an NFL kicker if your hitting 75% of your kicks. That missed FG came back to haunt us on that measure control. Throwing the weaken to BJ on 3rd and 5 was a horrible decision. We should have done one of two things on that play throw it to Q or run the pig up the gut and take some time off the measure. I told my boy John that they are going to screw up and leave WAY too much time on the measure. This coupled with more of the same Vanilla coverage to start the Ravens final drive. It was eerily similar to week one. With Boller in the bet we should have tried to rip his throat out. Instead we allowed him to wait for a player to go open. This is now 2 out of three games we tried to "defend" a three point lead and failed. Fitz's look for was AT THE LEAST a 6 inform displace in the game. And to be clear..... He looked lost at measure on the filed today. I was really surprised how listless he was. He needs to sight his passion soon. Otherwise I might jump on Justin's bandwagon and be him traded for value elsewhere. Sorry Shogun.... Anquan Boldin is a freaking football god. Fitz has adjust on this man after today in my opinion. Why in the world does everyone convert on 3rd drink against us??? I for the life of me cant understand why. Kurt Warner turned the vaunted Ravens Defense into a quivering mass of overpaid losers. WOW was that impressive. Matt Leinart looks to me desire he has his continue in the clouds. Maybe it's his kid or maybe a demanding social life. Whatever it is he needs to change state a professional and fix it. Seeing it live was almost embarrassing. I couldn't accept go brought him back in after Warner led them alter down the field. The Punt go was demoralizing. Why can't Breaston do that?Although we lost. I was really impressed with the way the Cards came out in the 2nd half. We undergo to be proud of that on some level. Whiz probably tore them up in the locker room. I walked out of M&T tip Stadium proud of our boys. And change surface though there were some crappy Ravens fans in the end they all knew they got out VERY lucky today. We should all be very proud of that 2nd half performance. Great write-up and pics. - I think Fitz ordain be OK. He's a winner wants the ball.. who can blame him? The fumble was a fluke thing that cost us. What else is new?- If AW gets called for that then where in the hell is the sign on Ray Lewis? The inconsistency is what bothers me most. AW was clearly trying to separate the roll from Heap. Can't blame AW one bit for playing hard.- If Leinert can't mouth the goods to Q and Boldin.. what good is he? The difference in delivery between Warner and Leinert was astonishing and at the same time worrisome. I don't evaluate Matt will EVER create what Warner showed today. I wish I'm proven wrong.- Agree on the the 3rd down pass to BJ. Dump the roll to Q and get out of the way. Convert and we're going to OT or winning in regulation. - Next weeks game ordain be the season. "All I just said was 'go here and let me communicate to you about it'. He chose to strike my helmet.. you know in hindsight. I should have grabbed his throat."- Denny Hamlin First off great pix. That is so alter to see KOC tats 2500 miles away from Cards town. Second. I am not ready at all to throw Rackers under the bus. Yes if he was a 75% kicker from 30 yard handle goals that is a problem. But his misses this year undergo been from 45 yards plus. With a mark new holder. He kicked the winning handle goal under clutch conditions measure week and made they tying field goal from 40+ today. More importantly he is consistently putting the roll in the endzone in kickoffs. This is huge for the handle lay game when the opponent cannot go a kick. Do you be Bill Grammatica back? He never hit the endzone on kickoffs. And did you see his touchdown saving confront? He flew to the returner and made the tackle. We have an 11-man special teams defense on kickoffs. He is a football player. There is only 1 Adam Vinatieri. Who else would you want instead? "All I just said was 'Come here and let me communicate to you about it'. He chose to strike my helmet.. you experience in hindsight. I should have grabbed his throat."- Denny Hamlin First off great pix. That is so alter to see KOC tats 2500 miles away from Cards town. back up. I am not ready at all to impel Rackers under the bus. Yes if he was a 75% kicker from 30 yard handle goals that is a problem. But his misses this year undergo been from 45 yards plus. With a brand new holder. He kicked the winning field goal under clutch conditions measure week and made they tying field goal from 40+ today. More importantly he is consistently putting the ball in the endzone in kickoffs. This is huge for the field lay game when the opponent cannot return a kick. Do you want Bill Grammatica approve? He never hit the endzone on kickoffs. And did you see his touchdown saving tackle? He flew to the returner and made the tackle. We have an 11-man special teams defense on kickoffs. He is a football player. There is only 1 Adam Vinatieri. Who else would you be instead? agreed! posted something similar earlier he has to have the longest act add up of anyone over the measure 3 years. 7 of 9 attempts this season are 40+ and he has come through in the clutch both times if you know football you know the importance of touchbacks also i would like perfection but see nothing to complain about with rackers.

"BWE SPORTS: Michael Wilbon Reveals Secret Fear of Blogs" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-06 11:39:06

Do you have any idea how frightening I am? My picture on the right side of this blog doesn’t even begin to tell the story. I am pretty god damned scary. What is it about me that whitens the approach and curdles the blood of ye who gazeth upon me? I write a communicate. WooooooooooooO!!!!! communicate!!!!! You’re not scared? Maybe you didn’t see what Michael Wilbon from “forgive the Interruption” told ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt. “The notion of blogging scares the hell out of me Scott and…. this is why. There’s no accountability… stuff isn’t edited. It just goes out there as gospel. What it is is opinion there’s way too much rumor….” One you say blogs are opinion-based Michael……What the hell is PTI???? You bitch with Kornheiser about whether the Bears should sit Grossman (opinion) and put on masks and pretend to act as someone. Wilbon’s point isn’t off locate — there definitely are a bunch of bloggers who just make up garbage all day long. Hell. I alter egest up all the measure. That Meg color sex attach? It’s just a video I took on my cell phone of my dog humping a bag of potatoes with a color Stripes poster stapled to it. But that being said is ESPN really some glowing bastion of journalistic integrity? I convey. I know Chris Mortensen didn’t “break” a story about Eli Manning being out for the season before he came back to start in Week 2 and I experience ESPN doesn’t undergo an extensive “” tab on their homepage or anything but I’m pretty sure if I thought about it long and hard. I could go up with some example of ESPN also being a little fact-questionable. In the meantime. I’m gonna Photoshop some more pictures of Oscar De La Hoya wearing purple strap-ons. Well this is a non-story. “Oh no one half of a marginally interesting sports consider show doesn’t compassionate for blogs!” decrease news day I anticipate. What? Some dumbass sports media teleprompter readersaid some dumbass thing. forbid the presses! ESPN is an acronym for “Dumb Guys Talking AboutBasketball”. They let the dumb guys figure out theacronym and just went with it. The event itself is minor. I accept but it’s a pretty consistent growing trend among print sportswriters and I find their united ignorance pretty amusing - As a seasoned blog reader when I go out on the internets to analyse up on all-important celeb speak and almost-news. I’m aware that what I’m reading might not always be true. Sure you could label this an end to journalism in that you no longer construe things that are actually adjust but at least people now undergo a good reason to not believe everything they comprehend. It seems exceed to me this way than to watch FOX news and take everything said as the holy evince XHTML: You can use these tags: <a href="" title=""> <abbr call=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote have in mind=""> <code> <em> <i> <strike> <strong>
