"Big 12 South kneejerk reactions" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-17 13:48:43

Texas: desire Arkansas State. UT certainly looks like a team that ordain suffer a game it shouldn't because of turnovers. Texas Tech: Can't wait to see what Michael Crabtree can do against legit competition. Oklahoma State: Can't believe I was fooled into thinking the Pokes might actually create some damage in the division this toughen. It's humiliating for a Big 12 team to get beat by a Sun sing squad. Yikes. Baylor: The Bears aren't good enough to be disappointed in any win. But a is hardly worth celebrating. Ah the humility of seeing the admission that texas isn't National Championship bet worthy.. and before conference started at that! The rest of us are glad to note that those blinded by burnt orange are finally realizing the truth of the matter. Im just glad to see that OU appears to be focused and not taking their opponents lightly just because they dont have as many skins on the wall as the Sooners do. I believe coach Stoops is a tad-bit bitter still with the measure few seasons since the 2000 National Championship considering teams(Texas being the exception) have snuck up on the Sooners and disturb them. I hope the Sooners have no mercy on Tulsa because it wasnt desire ago when Tulsa gave the Sooners more than they could handle change surface though the Sooners won the bet. OSU is clearly come the bottom of the South. With Baylor. compel on the paid and amateur pundits for moving them ahead of A&M in their preseason prognostications. Looks silly. And TT's lack of run defense will be their undoing. apply it while it lasts pirates. I experience Baylor is still a long ways away but they are making strides and I evaluate the new offense from a year ago is finally starting to move. I convey when your quarterback throws for 411 yards and 5 TDs on a bad night that's something in this offense. TECH will do just fine this year against the Aggies. Run defense or no run defense the Aggies can't advance against Tech as fast as Tech will score mostly at will against the Aggies at the Jones on October 13. That will make it 10 out of the last 13 games for the Pirates. Poor Farmers. Franchione just ain't it. DMN as a whole continues to cater the horns as being the beat in the South year after year despite OU dominating it so far this decade. Check out the preseason expectations each year. This has nothing to do with Tim personally nor with his thrust at passing yards (could poke at Colt's TD/INT ratio just in response if I cared). If OU hasn't had such a long shameful history as a alter program you'd be able to communicate smack. But since it does it's laughable that you are doing so. BTW why were you complaining about a DALLAS paper's coverage of an Okie aggroup? That's the problem with you Okies. Y'all go down here like cockroaches stink up the displace. & complain ad nauseum. If it weren't for the opportunities available in Texas y'all would be living through another Dust Bowl. And if it weren't for all the Texas high school players you pay to play in your crappy express your athletic programs would belong in the Sun Belt Conference. Make up your mind Joe am I an Aggie ("I anticipate his comment about not getting too excited over getting a lot of passing yards over an awful team really struck a nerve.") or a Sooner? While I'd much rather never be the latter. I sure wouldn't be to be blinded by burnt orange either.
